Conditions of entry
Persons are prohibited from entering the grounds with any of the following items:
- Glass bottles or cans,
- Illegal substances,
- Alcohol,
- Eskys,
- Chairs,
- Umbrellas,
- Food,
- Laser Pointers,
- Weapons or Knives,
- Fireworks, flares or explosives,
- Any other objects which may be used as missiles or weapons,
Bag searches will be undertaken to ensure no prohibited items enter the grounds. If a prohibited item is found, such items may be confiscated. West Tamworth League Club Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to items confiscated.
A person may be refused entry or asked to leave if:
- They are intoxicated
- They are violent
- They are quarrelsome
- They are disorderly
- Their presence renders the licensee liable to penalty under the ACT
- They are smoking in smoke-free areas
- They are suspected of using or possessing a prohibited drug
- Under the conditions of the license or a liquor accord is required to be refused access
