Strumming the guitar before he could walk\, and later picking up a host of other instruments to support his powerful yet poignant voice\, Ethan has enjoyed a prosperous musical career for over a decade taking him all over the east coast of Australia. With a strong musical education on greats such as Stevie Ray Vaughan\, Stevie Wonder\, Ray Charles\, and Allen Stone (to name a few) his sound occupies a unique voice in genre\, and a virtuosic talent in instrumentation that rings the bells of the 60s through to the 90s at their heights. After a stint as a working musician that culminated in the winning of the 2018 Passport to Airlie Competition\, he turned heads at the Airlie Beach Festival of Music with his deep grooves and stellar songwriting.  After a hiatus in 2022 he returned to diversify his avenues within music\, writing and producing scores for film projects and taking an interest in collaboration with other artists. He performs alongside the lauded bluegrass band ‘The Peel River Ramblers’ and works with local art studio ‘Big Sky Studios’\, as well as collaborating with multiple local artists sporadically. Now with a wealth of experiences to draw from and a unique perspective on life and art\, his passion for genuine storytelling and his love of the craft shines from the stage in a one of a kind style that is hard to miss.

DESCRIPTION:LIVE & FREE\nThe Courts at East\n\nLontano (Italian for “far away”) is a long-distance songwriting project\, featuring Roz Pappalardo and Anthony Dettori. Since 2020\, these seasoned performers have been remotely collaborating to create an astounding collection of songs that explore the physics of human connection. During that time\, Dettori has been based in Brisbane\, while Pappalardo’s career has taken her from Cairns to Hobart\, Darwin\, Tamworth\, and even further afield. But in a way\, geographical separation has proven a creative advantage. \n\nThe Lontano approach combines divergent perspectives in order to birth surprising new narratives that are neither fact nor fiction\, but still viscerally personal\, rich with meaning and salience. It facilitates courageous honesty\, self-awareness\, and experimentation. This philosophy is echoed in Lontano’s arrangements\, which feature intertwining lead vocals (with sublime harmonies and countermelodies) augmented by a masterful blend of simple acoustic guitar\, lush instrumentation and authentic\, heartfelt emotion. \n\nFrom foundations of spacious earthy\, alt-country storytelling\, Lontano’s songbook continues to develop\, revealing a toolkit that unapologetically applies expressive elements from folk\, country\, rock\, roots\, blues\, and even contemporary classical music. \n\nThe result is a remarkable collection of luscious\, engaging duets\, and a compelling abstract of the human journey. The Lontano project serves to remind us that solidarity and mutual respect based on what we have in common can be more powerful than the differences in our circumstances\, interests and attitudes. \n\nIn 2026\, Lontano are releasing a new album\, ‘Love without hard lines’. This record is a moving storybook about entropy – the trend towards disorder experienced by everything in the universe. It’s also about the meaning we all seek as we begin to accept that none of us can defeat the second law of thermodynamics. We go about creating bookends to our stories\, reflecting on and appreciating our experiences\, and stubbornly carrying on regardless. \n‘Love without hard lines’ is the third instalment in Lontano’s uncommonly philosophical journey. Their previous albums (‘Lontano.’ and ‘Depending on you’) explored how distance and time affect the gravity between human hearts. Rarely do recording artists embark on the ambitious agenda of developing a densely meaningful\, extensive body of original work\, with scant regard for whether or not recognition\, fame or fortune are likely to follow. But when one can let go of ego and commercial expectations\, the mindset is incredibly freeing. It means the work can be vulnerable\, honest\, and brave. And it becomes possible to forge profoundly authentic connections with all who make the effort to really listen.

Their highly acclaimed second album\, “Big Mouth”\, released in 2012\,\nincluded 6 tracks written or co written by Rae\, setting them up to be group/ duo\nGolden Guitar finalists in 2013.\nA regular at Country Music Festivals on Australia’s east coast\, Rae has performed at\nthe Tamworth Country Music Festival\, Urban Country Music Festival in Caboolture\nQLD\, the Gympie Muster\, Central Coast CM Fest\, Blue Water Bay CM Fest\,\nWhitlesea CM Fest\, Barham CM Roundup and the Mildura Independent Country\nMusic festival.\nA 2007 Country College of Music graduate and Toyota Star Maker finalist\, Rae is a\nresident vocalist for Splashpool\, the New England North Wests premier corporate\nevents party band who also perform regularly at the TCMF\, Parkes Elvis Festival\nand more recently\, at Armidale’s Big Chill Festival.\nRae continues to expand her professional singing career regularly performing in\nshows with Tamworth’s own 2340 Big Band and performing in stage productions\, A\nGrand Night for Singing\, Rock of Ages\, and Funny Girl with Tamworth Musical\nSociety.

They went on to release 10 albums in total with most of them charting higher in Australia than anywhere else in the world.\nThe Blink 182 show presents an authentic visual and sonic representation of their legendary idols in a 2 hour set featuring songs from Blink 182’s whole discography including unforgettable anthems;  “Dammit”  “First Date” “Feeling This” “What’s My Age Again” and of course the iconic “All The Small Things”. The band will also include some of the most commercial and recognizable pop punk hits of that era in this mind blowing performance. This show is truly an amazing representation of how Blink 182 ruled the pop punk scene and created a movement that will live long in the hearts of every music fan.\n\nThe show will be all ages as long as all under 18 year olds are accompanied by a responsible adult.
