Melbourne Cup Day • Tuesday 3 November Only
$5,000 to be won by Wests members – Free Entry!
Our grand re-opening falls on Melbourne Cup Day, so we’re making the occasion even bigger with $5,000 in cash prizes up for grabs!
To celebrate, every Wests member who swipes or scans their membership card at one of our brand new Rewards Kiosks at West Tamworth League Club on Tuesday 3 November will receive a FREE entry into our Melbourne Cup Giveaway.
How to Enter & Win
1. Visit Wests on Tuesday 3 November and swipe or scan your membership card at one of our new Rewards Kiosks.
2. Collect your FREE entry ticket printed by the kiosk and place it in the clearly marked entry barrel.
3. Between 1:30pm and 2pm, we’ll randomly draw one ticket from the barrel for each horse running in the Melbourne Cup. Each ticket drawn will be allocated a horse, giving that member a chance to win!

The Transformation
Take a closer look at the new Wests
It’s one of the biggest transformations in Wests’ history. From a completely reimagined Legends Lounge to new dining destinations and refreshed spaces throughout the club, there’s plenty to look forward to.
Take a look at the plans, renders and behind-the-scenes photos that have brought this exciting new chapter to life.
Behind the Scenes
How the transformation began
Take a look back at the early stages of the renovation, when familiar spaces were stripped back to make way for something new.
How It’s Going
The Layout
How it all fits together
Here is the full floor plan for the new Wests. A bigger, brighter and better connected club, designed around how our members actually love to use the space. Take a look at where everything will sit.
The Signature Space
The new heart of the club: Legends Lounge
Legends Lounge has been completely reimagined into a stunning new lounge and bar. At its centre, a brand new 11 metre bar stretches right across the wall where the Legends stage once stood, sitting beneath the soaring high ceiling and striking exposed beams.
And in a nod to the club’s history, the Legends stage returns to its original home — now facing proudly into the brand new Legends Lounge and bar. Live entertainment, the big game and a cold drink at the longest bar in the club.
This is where Wests will come together.
