Angie Who is a Sydney based independent artist dedicated to creating musical experiences for families that foster joy and connection. With a special interest in the profound benefits of parent-infant singing Angie recorded her first album ‘Littlefolk’ in 2015 and has continued to work in this area, more recently facilitating ‘Lullaby Club’ a singing circle for new mothers (with tea and cake!).

2023 saw her take a version of this (Lullaby Love) to The Sydney Opera House where she had the absolute joy of group singing in a room full of new parents, grandparents and their tiniest family members. Angie has also worked with SOH hosting Kids Music Playtime in partnership with the Sydney Youth Orchestra.

Angie is working on her 5th studio album in the family music space and counts it a great privilege to be able to create music that finds its way into the homes of families at such a precious (and hard) stage of life.

In describing her music, one 6 year old reviewer noted “It sounds like a cowboy riding a donkey.”

Angie Who and her band, ‘The Joy Farmers’ deliver a swag full of tunes crossing between folk, country, bluegrass and a little bit of whimsy. They’ll serve it all up warm for you (we don’t want anyone burning their tongues) and hope you take it all back to wherever you’re going. Yip!
