Melbourne based original country-pop band HOMEWARD bring decades of professional performance experience, songwriting and live musicianship to their Tamworth debut. Lead vocalist Jessica McPherson-Riley, recently seen on The Voice Australia 2026, has performed internationally and extensively across Australia. A renowned vocalist, she is known for her captivating stage
presence, charisma and vocal prowess. HOMEWARD grew from her longstanding musical partnership with guitarist Lachie Robertson and their shared upbringing in Tasmania.

Blending country and pop influences, HOMEWARD delivers a sound that is both distinctly country and contemporary. The full band features musicians with extensive performance and recording credits, including work with Ross Wilson, The Badloves, Ronan Keating, Karise Eden, Kate DeAraugo and Tarryn Stokes, to name a few. Bassist Kit Riley (bass player for Ross Wilson) also serves as the recording engineer and producer across all HOMEWARD releases.

Lead vocalist Jessica McPherson-Riley and guitarist Lachie Robertson have previously opened for the Golden Guitar Winners Concert, featuring acclaimed Australian artists including Lee Kernaghan, Adam Brand, Sara Storer, Gina Jeffreys, Brandon Walmsley and Beccy Cole. Throughout 2025 and 2026, they have also supported renowned artists including Wendy Matthews, Ross Wilson and Deborah Conway.

HOMEWARD’s album launch will showcase music from their latest album, including their debut single, Before I Found You, along with a few surprises. Their music is available to stream across major platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.
